Wasted years
Please don't tell me your heart is content, was I not the one whom heard your cries as you talked of so many wasted years? Please don't tell me you are happy, was I not the one whom you told of darkened days and nights of being in a crowded room but yet so alone? Please don't tell me that the time is not right, am I not the one whom you told that if you want something you have to chase it or lose all sight of it?Please don't tell me you have to suffer a life of heartache to make others happy, was I not the one whom you told to live life to the fullest before my time was over and happiness would never come? Our lives are not ones to be wasted with a content heart when it can be filled with everlasting love and dreams that we will always hold dear to our hearts. Our lives are not ones to sit in a crowded room and still feel alone when we could sit in a room with just one person and feel like our hearts are overflowing with the joy of knowing we are truly wanted and loved. We are not suppose to live a life of unhappiness to please all those around us because if they loved us they would understand our hearts desire. The time is right and the time has come to live our lives with that special one. Don't cry for more years wasted on a life you feel like you want to erase...
