Totally free

In silence they walk, reaching the
hill climbing to the top.

An Eagle is over head, swirling in
the sky as free as only this magnificent
bird can find.

A fawn sets out to play, its mother is
watching the opening of the woods to
keep her safe.

Squirrels are running back and forth,
just barely can you see them in the
carpet of wild flowers softly blowing
with the wind.

The sound of a stream can be heard,
imagining the fish that must be there
swimming in herds.

A calmness comes over the two people
as they walk back down the hill, finding
for just a moment the way it must be to
truly feel free.
